The ideal time to experience the Churdhar Peak Trek is during the shoulder seasons, which falls between:
Day 1: Solan to Nohradhar by Road, Nohradhar to Teesri by Trek
The journey would begin from Solan to Nohradhar by Road, passing through untouched scenic beauty. On the way, we would pass through Rajgarh, also known as Peach Valley. As the journey progressed, we would see some panoramic vistas of green valleys spread far across as the eye could see. Upon arrival at Nohradhar, a Trekup India representative will meet us and provide instructions regarding the trek ahead. The initial trail would be difficult as we would pass through a rough, rocky trail. With the sound of chirping birds in the background, you would finally pass through the Jamnala. After this, you will see dense forests and pass through multiple water streams. After a few hours, you would finally reach Teesri, where you would be camping for the night.
Day 2: Teesri to Churdhar Peak by Trek, Churdhar Peak to Nohradhar by Trek, Nohradhar to Solan by Road
After waking up early in the morning, you begin your journey with a delicious Breakfast prepared by Trekup India Cook. As you start the trek, you will walk through the rocky terrain and green meadows. There are two different routes by which you would reach Churdhar Peak, one which is steep and short and the other long but passes through the temple. A long road is usually chosen, filled with ascending, descending, and plain trails. After offering prayer at the temple, you would begin a journey towards the Peak; after passing through boulders and climbing a steep trail, you would reach the Peak. Once you have admired the view from the top, you will soon begin your return journey. You would reach Nohradhar, and from there, you would start your road journey towards Solan. Which would be the last stop for your trip, and you would be on your own to explore nearby places or return home.
