Why Drinking Water Is Important On Trek?

When you’re out on the trail, you need to remember that how much water do you need while you trek. An average person should drink at least eight glasses of water a day, but that number increases significantly when you’re active or in hot weather. 

You can guess time at that each liter of water is equal to about 03 of terrain, while you’re in trek. Hiking can be a strenuous activity, and you need to make sure you’re drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated. Drinking not enough water , while you’re in a trek and not having enough water can lead to dehydration. 

If you can’t drink enough water, you can also come into the Fatigue, muscle cramps, visibility problems and many more. If you don’t drink water correctly and if you drink a less water, you’ve seen the various changes in your body. The main changes you can see that your urine colour turns into quite yellowish and thta’s the main cause of dehydration, Second thing Muscle cramp and that’s the most common issue that trekker face while he’s in a summer trek or specially in a hot effect. 

While you in a trek we just recommend each and every trekker at least carry 2 litters to 2.5 liters of the water bottle with you, it can help you to carry a good amount of water while you’re in a trek. A good Thermo flask can be good while you are in a trek. You can buy in your nearest Decathlon store where you can buy a good flask around 2 to 2.5 litres. It will help yu to keep you hydrated also if you wanna drink some warm water at night you can also contain in it. 

So Drinking water can play an important role while you are in a trek. It keeps you hyderated, keeps your muscle healthy and maintain the body fluid in your body, so you can enjoy the trek and feel the nature.
