Clothes
When trekking in high altitudes, prepare for cold weather by wearing layers. Layering traps heat, keeps you warm, and allows you to easily adjust your clothing as temperatures fluctuate.
Layering is important for different seasons when trekking. When planning a high-altitude trek, it is important to prepare for the cold weather. Engaging your core muscles, including obliques, abdominals, and lower back, with Russian twists can improve your rotational stability and balance, preventing injuries and enhancing overall performance during trekking.
When incorporating strength training exercises into your workout routine, it’s essential to maintain proper form and technique to avoid injury. Start with lighter weights and gradually increase the intensity as you progress, focusing on compound exercises targeting multiple muscle groups simultaneously.
